Catharsis｜淨化 源自古希臘文katharsis。
最早記錄在亞里斯多德的著作中描述心理宣洩，後佛洛伊德延伸運用至心理學。
透過藝術介質來釋放情感，期望恢復及更新情緒狀態，花草療癒也由此誕生。
Catharsis is from the Ancient Greek word katharsis, meaning "purification" or "cleansing". First recorded in the writings of Aristotle was described mental sensations. Later, it was popularized into psychology by Freud. The desired outcome is to release emotions through art and achieve a renewed and restored emotional state.
